I am asking for only what is mine, what has been legally paid for, in the entirety as stated on the package, and I expect to receive nothing less.
I will speak and be heard. I am no longer willing to be treated unkindly, ignored, and or placated.
Directly stated, I am tired of poor customer service, lack of response from customer service departments, and incivility from those employed in customer service. The key words are CUSTOMER SERVICE!
